⚠️ Fred is not a normal teacher.

Fred is a yachty, and as such Fred will shoot you with a BB gun or make you do star jumps on a busy road, –just so you remember Rule 13.

Please don’t sign up unless you are fully committed to his “different” teaching style.

Payments

Bank transfer (details on invoice)

Stripe (easy, sent link, fill in your card details)

Course Booking

50% payment (non-refundable) on confirmation of course

50% payment on final day of course (much to my accountant’s amazement)

Cancellation

We get it, boats are not great at committing to schedules, but YOU have to be to pass this exam. Really think long and hard before saying “yes” to Fred.

On the rare occasion you have to cancel, then we will do our best to find someone to replace you and move your deposit across to the next course.

However please note due to the large amount of pre-reading (6-8 weeks) it becomes very difficult to find a replacement after this time – so please give us as much notice as possible. And just so you understand the other side, the dynamic to study/learn works better with 4 students, plus we are a small family business, it affects us greatly if we do not run at full capacity.

Very Rare

Fred reserves the right to ask you not to attend or continue the course if he finds your behaviour detrimental to him or the other students (basically you’re a *&^%£er), and believes you are not committed or doing enough pre-study.

Fred also reserves the right to cancel a course – should this happen you will be offered an alternative date, online course or be refunded (very unlikely but have to put it in my terms and conditions which you are probably not reading anyway.)

Intellectual Property

Don’t steal our stuff. By stuff, we mean the awesome content, videos, notes, audios, quizzes, pictures and advice unless you have our permission. Our content is protected by all the freaking laws you can think of. This means don’t use it, think of using it, or even stare at it with the intention of doing something we didn’t give you permission for. It’s a small industry.

Please be advised, this is the toughest online course around.

This is NOT some easy-peasy course that might get you a pass. This is THE oral prep course. Not only will it make you pass the exam, but you’ll also become a confident OOW or Captain. 

There is a HUGE amount of information/content, so besides being committed you will also need to be somewhere quiet and have great internet.

But if within the first few days you don’t think this course is for you (or if you chicken out), just give me a call and tell me. I will refund your investment. No big deal!
